Incidence and mortality from thyroid cancer in Latin America

Objective To describe trends in thyroid cancer incidence and mortality Latin America. Methods Ecological study of time series, with data from the International Agency for Research on Cancer 1990–2012 period 16 countries obtained WHO 1995–2013 period. The rates were analysed by Joinpoint regression. Average annual percentage change 95% confidence intervals calculated mortality.
